There are always so many factors that can be missed in the building of a Flash game... Will the Play Again button work after my sixtieth play? Can I submit my high score and will it remember my name from last time? Will it play in Flash Player 6 and IE5.5? (no) ...are all things that can be missed by either a lack of QA time and expertise or a badly briefed, disengaged QAer. Agree on the docs, documentation needs to be used for decompiling a client spec and briefing teams. But it must be a team decision to either keep it updated with every change, or be actively left at the briefing stage and work any updates completely into prototypes and visuals.
